Service centres
At our service centres, you can:
- pay taxes and fees administered by the Office of State Revenue
- collect land tax clearance certificates (once they have been applied for and are ready for collection)
- lodge documents for assessment (with document lodgement form attached)
- apply for the first home owner grant
- pick up forms (also available for download)
- get answers to general enquiries.
Please bring all relevant documentation and completed forms with you.
Payments
At our service centres, payments can be made by:
- bank cheque
- money order
- cash
- solicitor's trust account cheque
- accountant's trust account cheque
- credit union or building society's own cheque (not drawn on customer's account).
If payment is made by other types of cheque for amounts more than $100, we will hold any documents for 5 business days to allow for the payment to clear.
