Changes to Calculators
- The transfer duty calculator has now been updated to include the recent amendments to the Duties Act 2001 relating to the first home concession which took effect from 1 January 2007.
- A new first home vacant land calculator is also now available for transactions entered into after 1 January 2007.
- Duties Calculators have been updated to Version 3.0.1 as of 30 November 2006 to include updates for Internet Explorer 7.

The Duties Act 2001 calculators are only to be used for transactions dated on and after 1 March 2002. The Stamp Act 1894 calculators are not to be used for transactions dated on or after 1 March 2002. These are no longer available from this website.
