- The transfer duty calculator has now been updated to include the recent amendments to the Duties Act 2001 relating to the first home concession which took effect from 1 January 2007.
- A new first home vacant land calculator is also now available for transactions entered into after 1 January 2007.
- Duties Calculators have been updated to Version 3.0.1 as of 30 November 2006 to include updates for Internet Explorer 7.
The OSR provides you with online calculators to help you calculate your liability. These calculators have been developed using web based technology and can be accessed directly from this website.
