Your compliments or complaints help us to improve our service to you. They may even result in changes in practises.

We understand that complaints differ. However, we use a uniform approach to dealing with complaints to make sure your complaint is dealt with in a consistent and timely manner.

We will also keep you informed of the progress of your complaint, and tell you when we expect to resolve the issue.

If you have a compliment or complaint, please contact us by either mail, phone or fax.

If you wish to make a complaint in writing, please complete the OSR Complaint Form (PDF 45 K).  This will ensure that we have the information we need to respond to you.
