Regional FHOG
The $4,000 regional first home owner grant applies to certain contracts entered into between 1 June 2010 and 30 June 2011.
The boost applies to contracts entered into between 14 October 2008 and 31 December 2009.
You will not be eligible for the grant if you are buying or building a home that is worth more than a certain amount.
