Payment of the Subsidy for BEUs
Provisional payment - contact the Queensland Fuel Subsidy Scheme
Most bulk end users (BEUs) lodge four quarterly claims each year. If you send in your claim before the 10th day of the month which follows the end of the claim period, a payment will be made directly to your account before the end of that month.
The payment is made directly to your nominated bank account. It is important to keep OSR updated if any of your bank details change.
If your details have changed since your last claim, please contact OSR to recieve a Faxback Confirmation Statement.
Ensure you include your licence number, your new details and sign (and print) your name in the space provided.
Receive up to $1,000 subsidy in advance and reduce your paperwork
Some BEUs currently enjoy the benefits of being paid 12 months in advance and have their paperwork reduced significantly. Licensed BEUs who receive a provisional payment in advance are only required to lodge an annual return to reconcile the payment in advance with actual usage during the year
What you need to do
To be eligible for a provisional payment you must satisfy all other qualifying conditions for the whole of the preceding financial year and be licensed as a BEU.
