Information on the OSR website is provided in a number of formats, including Flashpaper and Portable Document Format (PDF).
Viewing files
FlashPaper
To view FlashPaper documents, you will need the Macromedia Flash Player installed on your computer. Download the free Flash Player from the Macromedia website. An overview of the Flashpaper toolbar is listed below:
- Hand Tool: Select the hand tool. Then, by clicking and dragging, you can scroll through various pages of the open document.
- Text Selector: Select the Text Selector tool. Then, click and drag across text in the open document to select it (e.g. for copying)
- Search Box: Enter in a word or phrase to search for within the current document.
- Search Icon: Next, select this icon to search for the word(s) entered in the search box.
- Zoom Slider: By dragging to the left or right, you can decrease or increase the zoom, respectively, of the current document.
- Zoom Indicator: Indicates the current level of zoom, as a percentage. You can directly enter a number into the field to change the zoom level.
- View All: Select to “zoom out†and view the contents of an entire single page on the screen at once.
- Fill Screen: Select to “zoom in†and fill the screen as much as possible with the current document.
- Page Number: Indicates the current page number. You can directly type onto this field to go to a specific page.
- Page Selector: You can go forward or back by clicking on the arrows to go from page to page.
- Print: Select to print the current document.
- Open in New Window: Select to open the current document in a new browser window.
To view a PDF file, click the link text and the document will load into the reader.
To view and/or print PDF documents, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Download the free Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website.
Saving files
FlashPaper
To save a FlashPaper document for later viewing, select the window icon 
at upper right and choose 'Save to disk' when the dialog box pops up.
You will need Macromedia's free Flash Player to view the saved document.
To save a PDF file for later viewing, right-click your mouse on the link text and select Save target as to save the file in your preferred location.
If you have a Macintosh with a single button mouse, save a document for later viewing by holding down the control key while you click your mouse on the link text. Select Save link as or Download link to disk and save the file in your preferred location.
You will need Adobe's free Acrobat Reader to view the saved document.
