The Office of State Revenue was formed in 1993 when the Stamp Duties Office and Land Tax Office merged.
Since that time, we have been responsible for collecting tax revenue (duties, land tax and payroll tax) and administering various grants and subsidies (first home owner grant, Fuel Subsidy Scheme) to the people of Queensland.
