Background information
Transfer duty applies to the purchase of land in Queensland.
This course shows you how to enter a transfer of non-residential land into OSRConnect.
Note: this procedure also applies to transfers of leases, including those transferred for little or no consideration.
The payment due date is 14 days from the lodgement of the transaction statement.
UTI may start accruing before the payment due date if you do not lodge the documents on time.
