Consult your IT administrator for more help

Browser issues -

Your IT administrator may need to consider your network or browser settings.  Additionally, if you are running Internet Explorer, you may wish to consider adding OSR as a trusted site to your browser by referring to  http://www.microsoft.com/australia/protect/computer/advanced/browsing.mspx or other similar sites for directions.

Network issues -

If the browser and operating system you are using seem to be compatible with our minimum requirements but you are having further issues, it is possible the errors are due to specific terminal settings or network security settings. These issues can only be resolved by an administrator to your network.

If these issues are unable to be resolved, please have the network administrator forward an email to our Client Contact Centre  (clientcontactcentre@osr.treasury.qld.gov.au) with the following details:

Note 1 - additional information to the above may be required by OSR.

Note 2 - Please include additional screen shots of the errors occurring -including screen shots of all browser settings and network details and proxy server information.

This information will then be forwarded to our Solutions Support Group who will acknowledge your email within 24 hours.
