|P9||Employment agency contracts—declaration by exempt client||To claim an exemption, clients of employment agents must declare that wages paid under the contract do not attract payroll tax. The employment agent must keep this declaration for 5 years for audit purposes—do not send it to us unless requested.|
|P8||Notification of designated group employer||Designated group employer (DGE)—nominate a group member to be the DGE for payroll tax purposes.|
|PT1||Application for exclusion from grouping||Grouping—apply for a grouping exclusion if the business carried on by the employer is carried on independently and not connected with the other members of the group.|

Be aware that forms are legally binding documents. Make sure you read all supporting information contained in any form you are submitting. Some forms contain clauses stipulating that, by submitting, you agree to notify us if your circumstances change or an error is made.
If we detect discrepancies through our audit program, your tax liability will be reassessed and penalties may be charged. In some cases, legal action will be taken.
